A freelance reporter ventures into a post-zombie resettlement camp and interviews two ex-zombies trying to find out whether ex-zombies are ready for reinsertion into normal society.
This short is basically a test thesis for graduation in Denmark, specifically the world famous The Animation Workshop/VIA University College.
Steffen Bang Lindholm (Animator, Director, Editor), along with Julie Rebecca Billeskov Astrup (Animator, Assistant Production Manager), Morten Vestbjerg Bøgelund Lassen (CG Generalist, Modeller, Concept Sculptor), and Anna Eckhoff Ohrt Nissen (Rigger and Production Manager), led a small team of students to produce this heartfelt 3D animated short.
No kidding, either in spite of the genre or because of it, this brief tale of humans and zombies takes on a Pixar quality of human dignity and heart that surpasses the other major studios and rivals Disney! And these folks are students!
