Animated movie. A guy kills himself, and I think in his afterlife, he is condemned to relive his past?

I've looked around, and the closest I've come to your description is MEMORIA. It doesn't quite work out the way you said, but here it is.

This short Horror film out of Denmark, was built using Autodesk Maya 3D and created by a team of eight students at the Animation Workshop. Finished in 2012 and posted online in January of 2013, the team call themselves MadArtistPublishing. No one takes credit for the writing and since they share Creator credit, I'll guess that the story was as a team as well.
