CHLOE GRACE SAYS, RELAX
First off, Love Chloë Grace Moretz. Throughout her child acting days, Chloë's career was firmly in our favorite genre of Horror Thriller (THE AMITYVILLE HORROR [2005], ROOM 6, WICKED LITTLE THINGS, HALLOWED GROUND, THE EYE [2008], NOT FORGOTTEN, KICK-ASS, LET ME IN, DARK SHADOWS [2012], CARRIE [2013]).

It would have been easy enough for her to entirely abandon us when she became an adult and made her own career choices, but she stayed.

The Internet being what it is, Nitpickers can easily point to the mixed bag quality of Chloë's resume, but the same can easily be said of Horror icons from Vincent Price to Christopher Lee.

So the fact is, Chloë is our reigning Horror Thriller star. Extra nice to know then, that she also does things like this,

'Blade Runner' Sequel: Sony Takes International Rights

Sony Pictures has landed international distribution rights for Alcon Entertainment's "Blade Runner" sequel.

Warner Bros. Pictures is distributing in North America and Canada through its output agreement with Alcon.

Denis Villeneuve is directing the film, starring Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford, who is reprising his role as Rick Deckard. Hampton Fancher (co-writer of the original movie) and Michael Green have penned the original screenplay based on an idea by Fancher and Ridley Scott.

GREGG BISHOP RETURNS
Back in 2006, the hottest name in indie Horror was Gregg Bishop and his rocking Horror movie, THE OTHER SIDE. It was action packed and had the most original zombies I'd seen in the new millennium.

Then in 2008 everybody got onboard with Gregg Bishop when he released a very different kind of zombie movie, DANCE OF THE DEAD to the film festival circuit. When it was discovered that the movie would go Direct to Video instead of wide theatrical release, on Sam Raimi's DtV Ghost House arm of Lionsgate no less, a cry went up from the fans and AICN started a petition to get it into theaters.

After that, nothing happened for a very long time. New, exciting movies from new exciting talents came and went. Gregg Bishop all but disappeared.

However, today Gregg announced on Facebook that his third feature film, SIRENS, is locked!

Taxi drivers working in towns in north-east Japan that were devastated in the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami are reporting picking up "ghost passengers".

At least seven drivers in the coastal town of Ishinomaki, where nearly 6,000 people died after it was battered by tsunami more than 30 feet high, claimed to have encountered phantom fares.

Tom Cruise's 'The Mummy' Gets New Release Date

Now that Tom Cruise has officially signed on, Universal has set a new release date for its reboot of "The Mummy": the film will bow on June 9, 2017.
