You're probably thinking of artist Alex Pardee's CHADAM.

CHADAM is a freaky tale that takes place in a freaky mutant world where, despite all of the bizarre differences among everyone, they form a society which works. That is, until a group of evil beings, led by the Viceroy, attack them for twisted reasons of their own.

The voice talents of Jeffrey Combs (RE-ANIMATOR, THE FRIGHTENERS), Katie Sagal (FUTURAMA, LOST), and Carl Weathers (PREDATOR) also feature in CHADAM.

Alex Pardee designed the special effects for SUCKER PUNCH.

As sometimes happens with brilliant concepts that can't find their audience, CHADAM is likely dead, Alex Pardee's EyeSuckInk and his personal domain names are dead or for sale, Landon F. Pascual's website is gone, and Jace Hall's YouTube channel was last updated 14 years ago.

Landon has a short movie, SLUMBERLAND, announced at IMDb. I'm wishing them all a Big Comeback!
