Did you dig it? And how! God damn man, who could have possibly thought that a superhero movie could rock so damn hard?

And make no mistake, AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR is entirely comic book in its scope, histrionics, and action, yet still retains the human touch, despite being spread across 15 separate characters all in a single movie.

I was just agog watching the whole thing!

Total talley after the U.S.A. opening weekend dust settled (and after Disney's original lowball estimate) puts AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR at over $257 million dollars for an average three day weekend.

This makes two powerhouse Marvel/Disney movies in the first half of 2018 and the audience response is nothing short of phenomenal.

Yet in its 4th unbelievable week at the top, A QUIET PLACE is at #2 pulling in more than 8 times its budget!
